Andy holds qualifications as a First Aid Trainer, Moving & Handling Trainer and Physical Intervention Trainer, alongside a Level 3 Award in Education & Training. RSDO Training also operates with a current DBS certificate, safeguarding procedures and appropriate insurance arrangements in place. Additional associate trainers supporting delivery also hold DBS checks where required.
